She is DISC certified and proficient in creating interactive, impactful learning solutions that align with organizational priorities to enhance knowledge retention and team engagement. Technical expertise includes Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, and LMS platforms. Lena utilizes tools like screen-casting, animation, eLearning software, and methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM to design and develop training materials that reduce cognitive load and improve communication, while addressing onboarding, competencies, compliance, and product/topic knowledge needs.
